Spiritual Lesson - Confession, surrender personal will over to divine will, faith, truthfulness over deceit

Physical Dysfunctions- Sore throat, mouth ulcers, scoliosis, swollen glands, thyroid dysfunctions, laryngitis, voice problems, gum or tooth problems, TMJ (TemporoMandibular Joint) or the jaw joint

Illness - Communication and/or speech problems. Knowledge used unwisely, ignorance, lack of discernment, thyroid and immune system problems

Mental and Emotional Issues - Personal expression, creativity, addiction, criticism, faith, decision making (choices), will, lack of authority

Information Stored Inside Throat Chakra - Self-knowledge, truth, attitudes, hearing, taste, smell

The Throat Chakra is associated with the color blue. This is the center for communication. Developing the throat chakra means choosing words that bring value to communication. When this center is open, you will have a powerful desire to talk about what you are experiencing.

This is also your center of your struggle with choice and the ability to release your will to Divine guidance. Its essence is faith. Faith in our fears or faith in the Divine.

Sacred Truth: Surrender Personal Will to Divine Will - Actions motivated by personal will that trusts Divine power gives us the richest power.

When this energy is balanced we feel contented, centered, can live in the present, have a good sense of timing, are good speakers, artistic and we can meditate and experience Divine Energy. We have increased sexual energy and can seek bliss through meditation. When there is deficient blue energy we may feel scared, timid, hold back, quiet, inconsistent, unreliable, weak, devious and manipulative. We may not be able to express our thoughts, may not be able to relax sexually or feel afraid of sex and we may feel conflict with our religious upbringing. Excessive blue energy may leave us feeling arrogant, self-righteous, too talkative, dogmatic and addictive. We may have macho sexual energy and prefer partners who can be dominated.

Sing, chant, hum. Listen to music that you really like. Take a walk and look at the beautiful blue sky and breathe consciously.
